I wasn’t supposed to be working, but I slaved over the weekend (ok, maybe not ‘slaved,’ exactly) on updating and expanding the No Mimes Facebook page. We’re going to start using this a lot more extensively, uploading photos, videos, linking to pertinent ARG news (not just about NMM) and some sekrit surprises, even.

For anyone interested, we’ve finally published a case study for No Mimes’ first ARG project, The Threshold, which we did with Juxt Interactive for Cisco back in September, along with some behind-the-scenes pics and video.
Well, it’s been just about four months since Maureen McHugh, Behnam Karbassi and I launched No Mimes Media at SXSW. In that time, it’s been absolutely amazing to see the response, and as far as start-ups go, that’s really encouraging. What it tells me from a bigger perspective, though, is that despite this “global economy crisis,” there are countless people world-wide who are eager to push the boundaries and help us all discover what this brave new world of what Entertainment is going to look like now that it’s not locked into the invisible box of one platform.
We’re already keeping *amazingly* busy working on our first big project, and have some really exciting things in store for the fall. Stay tuned!
