Instant Jailbreak for iPhone and iPod touch – This is pretty amazing. Just point Safari to jailbreakme.com, scroll to the bottom, and tap Install AppSnapp. In a few seconds, your 1.1.1 iPhone/iPod Touch restarts with Installer.app setting pretty on your home screen, ready for use. Install BSD subsystem and Community Sources and you’re good to go.This is so amazingly painless. It literally took me 10 seconds and now I have 1.1.1 AND 3rd party application goodness. ETA: What’s really cool is that after Jailbreaking, AppSnapp then actually patches the TIFF exploit in Safari, the very exploit that it used to Jailbreak your phone in the first place, leaving you with a more secure browser than before.
