The Tokyo Yamanote Halloween TrainEvery year, revelers meet at a specific Yamanote Line car to party on the train as it circles Tokyo. The 2007 event is scheduled for October 27. Festival-goers board the JR Yamanote Line at Shinjuku station, platform 13. Japanese citizens as well as foreigners meet where car 10 stops. Everyone boards the 21:08 northbound train and loops around clockwise. Frequently everyone brings their own alcoholic beverages.We really need to have something like this in every city. I may not be Jane, but whaddya say?! PARTY TRAIN!
